Khlong Brawlers
By HAHAXGG
A pixel-art brawler set in Yaowarat. Choose a Muay Thai monitor lizard, a cat with two swords, or a female fighter. Use combos, grabs and throws, and build up power for finishing moves. Play free in your browser solo or online with up to 4 players.
HAHAXGG's Khlong Brawlers is a beat 'em up in which a Muay Thai monitor lizard and his companions fight Tycoon Mok Dam's gas-masked gang. The nighttime Yaowarat setting has noodle shops, gold shops and Chinese signs behind the sidewalk where battles take place. It is free to play in a browser on PC and mobile, with solo play and online rooms for up to 4 players.
Three fighters with different signature moves
Keng is a monitor lizard who uses Muay Thai knees, elbows and kicks; the developer describes him as a balanced character. Meena is a Siamese cat with two swords, fast movement, long reach and attacks that hit all around her. Rin is a female street fighter who specializes in powerful kicks and diving kicks from the air.
The developer's gameplay video shows Meena facing several enemies on the same street. Health, remaining lives, score and a hit counter appear at the top, showing the combat area and the results of successive attacks on one screen.

Chain combos, grab and throw, then wait for the right moment to unleash your ultimate move.
Repeated attacks form a 4-hit combo. Hold and release J for a charged uppercut that launches enemies. Walk into an enemy to grab them and strike with your knee, or move backward while attacking to throw them into other enemies. Smash wooden barrels along the way to find food that restores health; the developer chose sushi as the healing item.
Special moves cost some health to attack nearby enemies. For a finishing move, fill the POWER gauge by hitting enemies, then press J+K together to attack the whole screen. On PC, double-tap an arrow key or hold Shift to run, then attack for a dash punch. On mobile, push the joystick to the outer yellow ring to run.
Create a room and send the link to a friend
In online mode, create a room to receive a 4-character code or a link, then send it to friends so they can join and choose a character without registering an account. The host's device runs the game, so keep the game page open and use a stable internet connection. Solo play can start without joining a room.
This game seems suitable for those who enjoy group enemy brawling, combo execution, and inviting friends to play web-based action games. The Yaowarat theme and Muay Thai fighters make the scenes and characters easy to remember. Developers state that combat is cartoon-style with no blood, but still includes punching, kicking, and sword fighting.
