Help Me! ช่วยด้วยค่ะหมอออออออ

By Jendodenjo

Jendodenjo's pixel-art emergency-room simulation combines timed inputs, on-screen choices and patient clues. Playable in a browser as an in-development game.

Help Me! ช่วยด้วยค่ะหมอออออออ by Jendodenjo turns the bustle of emergency care into a pixel-art simulation. Its challenge is not simply pressing a button quickly: attention shifts between the patient scene, timing feedback and choices that appear during play. GameSlash tested the browser build on 30 October 2026, completing four BLS practice rounds and trying the opening of General mode.

From a fountain plaza to the emergency room

BLS practice opens at a fountain plaza, with a responder and onlookers around the patient. A waveform display and timing meter sit below the scene, while the instructions on the right change with the game's phases. On desktop, SPACE is combined with mouse-operated SHOCK and NO SHOCK buttons. Timing and decision accuracy are scored separately: choosing the expected answer does not necessarily mean the rhythm was good.

Managing actions while following clues

General mode moves into an emergency room with a team around the bed. The interface adds an event log, patient file and a request-clue button. During this test, requesting another clue added information to the file and logged a deduction from the diagnosis score. Finding information therefore has an in-game cost rather than immediately revealing every answer.

Expressive pixel-art characters and Thai team dialogue give the scene personality, although the interface is information-dense. It is more suited to players who enjoy juggling tasks than those seeking a single repeated input. This session covered the practice mode and early emergency-room play, not every scenario or difficulty.

In development, and a game rather than treatment guidance

The creator's page labels the game In development and HTML5, and discloses AI assistance with code, graphics, sounds and text. The menu offers Thai/English language choices and desktop/mobile controls, but this session tested desktop only. Co-op and Versus were marked as coming soon, not playable modes.

Medical content and prompts visible in the screenshots are part of the game. This article describes gameplay; it does not validate clinical accuracy or replace resuscitation training with a qualified instructor.
