WonderPals: Park Tactics

By ZoulZay Studio

A developer-source look at WonderPals' team ordering and Pals collection, covering Android Closed Beta, its itch.io browser build and optional in-app purchases.

WonderPals: Park Tactics is ZoulZay Studio's Android strategy game in Closed Beta. The team submitted it to GameSlash, and its official website describes assembling Pals, ordering the team and building a theme park. This is a developer-source introduction, not a hands-on review.

Choosing Pals and ordering the team

The official website describes choosing two starters and receiving a random third before ordering the team for a 50-stage run. It advertises an Elite encounter every five stages and a boss every ten, with trait combinations and post-stage reward choices shaping each setup.

The team lists more than 50 collectible Pals from Common to Legendary, alongside park building and Free/Premium Wonder Pass options. These are developer-described features, rather than a claim that every character or stage has been tested.

No ads, with optional in-app purchases

The official FAQ says there are no ads and that optional in-app purchases include gacha. Ad-free therefore does not mean that every addition is included without payment. The site also lists Thai and English support, plus Guest play or Google cloud saves; save behavior has not been tested.

Accessing the Android Closed Beta

On the website checked on October 15, 2026, the current process is to provide the team with a Google Play account email, wait to be added to the tester list and receive an opt-in link, then install on a phone. Interested players should follow the official website's current instructions. iOS is described as planned for later.

Browser build and creator AI disclosure

Alongside Android testing, zoulzay's WonderPals page on itch.io lists an HTML5 build whose runtime title is WonderPals: Park Tactics. In the test browser it stopped at a missing-WebGL2 message, so no browser gameplay was completed. This is a limitation observed in that test environment, not a claim that the game fails on every device.

The itch.io page lists Godot and the creator's disclosure of AI assistance for code, graphics, sounds and text.
