A top-down view of the yokai woods

The opening places the character in Mossy Shrine Ruins in Act I. The actual scene is a forest clearing surrounded by layered trees, with a stone pillar, signpost and a path leading south. Pixel-art characters and scenery sit alongside a health bar, mana bar, minimap and skill slots, keeping the main character information visible on one screen.

The first tutorial introduces WASD or ground-click movement and includes the game's own auto-walk button. The official guide also lists X for attacks, Q/E/R/T for skills and Space for dodging. This inspection reached the starting area and tutorial, but did not test combat, so attack timing, difficulty and class balance are not rated here.

Plan a character's path

The official guide introduces Bushi, Shinobi, Onmyōji and Kannushi as starting lineages, with a second class and combined paths becoming available at higher levels. That design puts character roles, skills and equipment alongside action-based decisions. Later areas and systems described in the guide remain developer-provided information rather than completed hands-on coverage.

For readers interested in pixel art and a setting combining yokai with Siamese legends, the opening area gives a clear look at RPO's visual direction and interface. Its test-build status and development progress should be considered before expecting a finished-game experience.
