NaughtyAttributes

By Denis Rizov

Extend the Unity Inspector with attribute-driven buttons, conditional fields and validation for component-authoring tools.

unityinspectoreditor

Start: The installation guide requires Unity 2022.3 or later and lists com.dbrizov.naughtyattributes on OpenUPM. Include the NaughtyAttributes namespace.

Try: Choose the appropriate attribute for a field or method, such as Button or ShowIf/HideIf, then inspect the component in Unity.

Limitation: Ordinary custom editors do not support every attribute. For full coverage, the docs require inheriting NaughtyInspector and using NaughtyEditorGUI.PropertyField_Layout rather than EditorGUILayout.PropertyField.
