SYNDICATE brings gangs and dark magic together in a 3D MMORPG. Its official website describes a game that runs in desktop and mobile browsers without installing a game client. Your adventure begins by creating a Novice, a gang trainee, before getting to know the town and nearby monster-hunting areas.

Hunting in Rose Fields

Beyond Ashgate, the Novice’s first monster hunt begins. Rose Fields is an early area where other players hunt on the same shared map. During our visit, we fought Sparky and earned experience. The built-in Auto Battle feature can handle combat automatically, and the AUTO button lets you stop it when you want to take control again.

Starting out in Ashgate

Ashgate, known in Thai as “นครเถ้าถ่าน,” features stone-paved streets, shops and lantern light. GameSlash’s screenshots from the opening area show the character in town, with a minimap and a quest tracker pointing toward a first monster hunt. The inventory separates equipment, consumables and other items, with descriptions to browse.

On desktop, the official guide lists click-to-move, WASD and arrow-key movement. Click a monster to attack, drag with the right mouse button to rotate the camera, and press B to open the inventory. That gives players a choice of mouse or keyboard movement while exploring.

Classes and the road beyond town

The official website introduces seven starting classes, alongside monster information and a world map showing level ranges for each area. Its guide directs newcomers to hunt in Rose Fields and Lantern Road, gain levels, then move on to tougher maps. One small detail that fits the gang theme: according to the guide, the Novice uses a baseball cap as a weapon.

Open the SYNDICATE play page, choose Guest and create a character. Before starting, read and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The game is still in closed beta testing, and test data may be reset, so bear that in mind before investing time in a character.

For players curious about a browser MMORPG with a gangster-fantasy setting, Guest entry offers a way to begin exploring. For mobile players, the website describes landscape play with an on-screen joystick and skill buttons.
