Pixelbolt

By skulitom

Let coding agents author sprite and animation recipes through MCP/CLI, then inspect and edit deterministic rendered output in a local studio.

tool

Unlike an image model, an agent writes editable JSON recipes and the renderer produces repeatable pixels. The creator’s Pixel Potions pack explicitly credits Claude with designing and coding art using this toolkit: an AI-assisted asset workflow without image-model inference.

Start: The creator confirms the PixelForge-to-Pixelbolt rename at 0.8.0, while the linked Windows Studio download remains 0.7.1. Read START HERE and use the connection-settings helper for Claude, Codex or Cursor. Begin with a small sprite, inspect the preview, then export sheets and atlases.

Limits: These instructions concern the older downloadable build, not every current Pixelbolt feature. Launchers are not code-signed; review security warnings rather than bypassing them. No execution test performed.
