Explore a browser-based 3D city and play snooker with adjustable aim and shot power, alongside a thief-catching mission described by the creator.
Noiva City is a browser-based 3D town by กิตติ ประจิตร, with streets, shops and activities to visit while exploring. Block-shaped characters move through a brightly coloured city; its snooker game switches to an overhead table where you aim and set the power of each shot.

Use WASD to move and drag the view to rotate the camera. Navigation directions lead towards different locations, but the entrance prompt appears at the actual doorway. The snooker room is accessible before completing the thief-catching mission.
At the table, position the cue ball, adjust the aim and power, then shoot against the computer. Fouls award points to the opposing side. In the opening exchange we tried, the cue ball moved after our shot, and the computer’s reply disturbed the pack of reds.

The table image shows a 6–4 score after the computer fouled, not a completed frame win. Our play covered city exploration and the opening snooker exchange, not capturing thieves or completing the main mission.
The official site describes a mission to catch five bank robbers using Muay Thai moves, take them to the police station, return the stolen money and confront a robber boss. It also advertises a cinema, football stadium and NOIVA GAME HUB, where developers can submit game links for an in-world shop after earning good-citizen status.
