AVARUNES
By キリサワ ヤヒロ
A pixel-art online browser RPG with slime battles, quests, starter weapons and equipment progression across bright forests and villages.
AVARUNES is a pixel-art online browser RPG built around fighting slimes, completing quests and equipping a character. Its bright top-down forests and villages contrast with compact characters, while quest and skill panels point toward the next action. Shared with the community by キリサワ ヤヒロ, it has combat fields and a town where other player characters are visible.

From slimes to a first weapon
The opening play used Guardian GameSlash in Morning Slime Hill, Sproutvale. Selecting a Sky Drop Slime and attacking with X completed Bare-Handed First. The character advanced from level one to two, and the reward panel showed 290 EXP and a Sprout Sword.
The HUD includes a minimap, HP/MP bars and skill slots. On-screen guidance supports clicking ground to walk or monsters to attack, connecting exploration and combat in the same scene. The next quest separates equipping the weapon from hitting slimes into visible objectives.

Town and the equipment bag
Starleaf Village has NPC roles including a trainer, merchant and blacksmith around its central area. Bridges, water and buildings divide the scene, with a minimap to locate positions within it.
Opening Bag and equipping Sprout Sword raised ATK from 33 to 58 and CP from zero to 52. The equipment objective changed to 1/1, making the new weapon's effect visible in both the character view and the statistics.

A readable quest-to-gear loop
The opening's strength is moving directly from a reward to using it: bare-handed attacks lead into opening the bag and equipping a sword. The player can see where the item went and what it changed.
It suits players who enjoy pixel-art RPGs and gradually building a character through short quests. Multiple system buttons suggest more to explore, while the opening objectives keep the immediate task in view.
