Escape from Shiori

Escaping this mansion is not simply a matter of running. Sometimes you must stand still because Hikari is listening. Escape from Shiori is a top-down horror game about finding ten keys, opening the main door on the first floor and reaching the garden gate while Shiori and the household's pursuers search for you.

A bedroom start, with the exit downstairs

We opened the desktop browser version, selected the female character and entered GameSlash as the name. After the introduction, we reached the second-floor bedroom. The captured scene shows three hearts, 0/10 keys and a minimap of surrounding rooms. This sample covers entry and the tutorial, not a completed key hunt or escape.

The in-game guide describes a three-floor mansion with stairs near map edges and E interactions. Closed doors block sight and briefly delay pursuers. Wardrobes and spaces under beds offer hiding places, but being seen entering one defeats the concealment. Route planning therefore matters alongside knowing where to search.

Listening cues and timed hiding checks

Hikari's listening cue instructs you to stop moving. Being heard reveals your position to pursuers on the same floor. If an enemy checks your hiding place, the guide describes pressing E or Space as a marker enters a green zone. These mechanics come from the complete tutorial we read; we are not claiming a successful evasion test.
