HEADSTACK
By Suwat Pongtaweechaiwattana / kohsija
A falling-block puzzle designed for webcam-based head controls, with a keyboard mode that lets you play without enabling a camera.
HEADSTACK, published by kohsija with game design credited to Koh, changes how a falling-block puzzle is controlled. The developer describes a webcam mode in which head tilts move a piece, looking up rotates it, nodding soft-drops it and opening the mouth triggers an immediate drop, with a neutral-pose calibration before each game.

Keyboard mode offers a familiar rhythm: move and rotate a piece to fit the gaps, then hard-drop it once a position is chosen. The neon board shows upcoming pieces alongside the playfield, helping you plan beyond the block currently falling.
Keyboard controls use Left/Right to move, Up or X to rotate clockwise, Z to rotate back, Down to soft-drop, Space to hard-drop and P to pause. The developer also specifies that there is no Hold function and that head-tracking sensitivity can be adjusted.

The developer recommends a desktop or laptop browser, particularly Chrome or Edge. For webcam mode, the developer says image processing stays inside the browser without recording or uploading footage, and advises gentle head movements. Players who prefer not to use a webcam can choose keyboard mode.
The game is free to play in a browser on itch.io. The listing discloses AI assistance with code, graphics, sounds and text.
This first look covers early keyboard play; face controls and privacy details are attributed to the developer.
