Healthcare Empire

By Niasmin Hengpiya

An elder-care centre management game about staffing, fictional resident admissions and simulated care-plan tasks.

Niasmin Hengpiya introduced Healthcare Empire as a browser-based elder-care centre management game. The creator advertises facilities, shifts, inventory and cash flow, plus Thai and English support on desktop and mobile. Support across those devices has not been fully tested.

Limited play-test findings

A limited test on 21 October 2026 used a prepared campaign, hired an RN and admitted one fictional resident, producing a 1/10 occupancy count. Care-plan tasks were generated, displayed progress reached 9/14, and the simulation was paused at Day 1, 07:00 in game time. This establishes staffing and resident-intake actions in the tested segment, not full campaign completion.

Limitations and untested features

Seven story chapters, online rankings and automatic management remain creator-described features not fully tested here. Characters, figures and prices are fictional, not real patient data or medical advice. The available evidence does not establish it as validated clinical training.

On a later check through Continue, the facility had no staff or residents. Persistence and restoration of the earlier test progress therefore remain unverified.
