IAHCARUS — Special Chess 3D
By Iahcarus Nohtirs
Try the 2D board bot-fighting mode of the fantasy chess IAHCARUS backup. From opening e4, developing knight and bishop, to recapturing on f3.
IAHCARUS — Special Chess 3D is a fantasy chess project by Iahcarus Nohtirs, where the creator presents battle scenes when pieces are captured. This trial play is currently on a 2D backup board, where you can still select pieces, move them, and interact with bots.
Start the game with Ignis
Bot mode requires no account. We chose easy Ignis, the Royal Origin set, and the Star Palace arena. Select a piece and its destination; the board highlights legal moves and captures. We opened with a white pawn to e4, and the bot replied a5, immediately showing both sides' new positions.

Develop pieces and respond to captures
We then moved the knight to f3 and bishop to c4. The bot pushed its f-pawn to f5 and captured the white pawn on e4. White had now developed two pieces but lost the central pawn.

Recapture on f3
When the pawn moves to d3, the bot uses the pawn on e4 to capture the white knight on f3, so we respond by capturing back on f3 with the pawn on g2. The game displays the message "COUNTER STRIKE" at this moment. Before the bot responds with g5, this is another position that clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of piece exchanges.

Scope for trial play
We played five White moves and saw five bot replies on the fallback 2D board. We have not finished a match or tested XP, unlocks, quests, or multiplayer. We also could not test 3D visuals and clashes because the game said this environment could not open 3D.
