I-EA-T Adventure

A fantasy town with a health-care building, a mascot guide and knowledge challenges: Distinct VL’s I-EA-T Adventure turns workplace landmarks and learning material into a side-view adventure. The creator built it to play with colleagues and also invited the public to try it in a browser.

Meet Ta-Ae in the opening town

We created a character named GameSlash without registering an account, chose an appearance and entered Chapter 1, the purple letter. Mascot guide Ta-Ae introduces a fog that makes people forget what they know. Completing the introductory conversation left the HUD at 50 coins and 40 KP. Our screenshot covers this opening town visit, not a completed stage or boss fight.

The tutorial sets a goal of exploring nine zones and facing shadow commanders. Players hit question blocks from below and answer prompts to earn KP, which is used to open stages and challenge bosses. It explains that correct answers during boss encounters fire an attacking beam, while coins buy outfits. These are the game’s stated progression mechanics rather than later encounters we tested.

Walk, talk and explore

The displayed controls use left/right arrows to move, Space to jump and E to talk or interact. NPCs, landmarks and quest markers give the opening town places to investigate. The creator notes that some questions concern workplace-specific knowledge, making this an interesting example of putting learning material into a game world. The browser game supports computers and phones; the creator recommends a computer for play.
