Lantern Online

Lantern Online is a web-based pixel RPG available for trial during development. The city scene uses an angled perspective, with shops and warp stones located around the central plaza. The demo page offers a Play offline option to try the game with pre-set characters.

Offline mode begins in C01, the Extinguished Lantern Fort. The image shared by the creator shows a fountain plaza, with a wearable equipment shop and a rental animal-riding shop. The character information is displayed on the left, the mini-map is at the top, and the skill bar is arranged at the bottom.

Pre-reset and rebalance test run

The developer stated that the game was made alone and is open to accepting testers, with the intention that in-app purchases would be for fashion items. Post during the beta test period It will be reset and rebalanced upon actual launch, while Guild Wars, PvP, and PK are desired for future implementation.

This makes it suitable for those who want to try a pixel RPG, even while development is ongoing and feedback is being sent back; the system and character progression may still change as the game is adjusted.
