Mind Bender Simulator demo with NPC chat and agent playthrough via MCP.
By GameSlash
Fantastico Studio prototype allows chatting with NPCs for quests. Windows demo uses local models; build API enables agents to play via MCP.
Mind Bender Simulator by Fantastico Studio offers a Windows demo to converse with NPCs in a social engineering mission, revealing agent connections via MCP. Character trust, stress, and compliance shift based on dialogue. The game remains in prototype status.

The project page explains that MCP-supported agents can connect, receive mission data, and play games. The team revealed experimental logs with Codex, showing conversation path selection and NPC reactions during missions.
The on-device demo and the API version are different builds.
The public demo on itch.io states there are six missions, uses GGUF models via llama.cpp locally, and allows selecting 4B or 9B models. The creator also has another build that calls external models via API, which is the version used in the Codex experiment demo.
Players can download the Windows demo from itch.io. Those interested in the API build and access during development can follow details through Let AI Play and the Pioneer Trainers project.
