Pharmacy Tycoon

By Patipan Sukpoem

Manage a pharmacy and herbal shop: handle customer queues, order inventory and review profits after closing each day. Track customer satisfaction and work toward shop upgrade goals.

Pharmacy Tycoon is a web-based simulation game where you manage a pharmacy and herbal medicine shop. You handle customer queues, restock inventory, and manage shop finances, with the day progressing continuously. The shop view is from above, showing customers and shelves in the same scene.

Manage queue along with inventory

Customers walk to select items and queue for payment. The SERVE button initiates the packing and checkout process. While the store is open, monitor the inventory on shelves alongside the waiting queue. The game displays money, satisfaction, and time around the scene, along with pause and speed-adjust buttons to control gameplay pacing.

The INVENTORY screen now displays remaining stock quantities, selling prices, and costs before restocking. Restocking includes a delivery wait period and a product arrival status bar, so funds and stock must be prepared before shelf items run out. The menu still shows the auto-ordering system that has not yet been upgraded, along with an option to create a warehouse for expanded store management.

The closing summary separates revenue, inventory costs, utility expenses, and profit, plus counts of customers who bought items, encountered empty stock, or left. Satisfaction and the shop's RP score are also shown. Each day provides data to help decide how to improve queues or stock for the next day.

Suitable for those who enjoy shop management games with visible numbers.

The easiest areas to track are products and customers on the shop floor, while cost and performance data are clearly separated in the menu. Gameplay alternates between managing the shop floor and reviewing numbers to prepare for the next day. The trade-off is that there are multiple data points to monitor, including queues, stock, and satisfaction levels. This suits players who enjoy gradually organizing their business and tracking results from the numbers.

This opinion is based on opening a shop and restocking at the beginning of the game. Content about medicine is part of the business simulation game and is not advice for selecting or using real medicine.
