RKOM ONLINE is a browser MMORPG built around occult disciplines, spirits and rural Thailand in 1937. Players begin in Nong Krasang, follow quests, explore, fight and gather talismans and materials to develop their characters.

The story opens in 1937 in Nong Krasang. Villagers disappear, dogs howl at night and strange lights appear above the rice fields. The character wakes beside an abandoned spirit house with no memory except the ability to see ghosts. Kerosene lamps and laterite cart tracks establish the village’s period setting.

From village conversations to ghost-chicken combat

During our 29 October Chrome desktop session, GameSlash created a Guest character named GSReview29 and completed the opening “Waking from a Nightmare” dialogue quest with Luang Pu Khem and Ajarn Beer. We then accepted the ghost-chicken quest, requiring six red-eyed ghost chickens. The game's navigation button walks the character toward an NPC or objective area.

Combat involves selecting a target in the scene, using Space for normal attacks and number keys for hotbar abilities. We tested normal attacks, the “Holy Water Splash” skill and one healing potion, defeating three of the six quest enemies before ending the test. Health bars, target information and the quest counter show progress during play. This is an actual combat screenshot, not an inventory screen or simulated scene.

Disciplines and character progression

In his 25 October update, Wisit Thammametha describes improving the game using player feedback and bug reports. He introduces black magic, white magic, occult swordsmanship, guns, traditional boxing and spirit puppetry.

The official 25 October 2026 update adds the Undertaker path, which uses a shovel. Players can choose it from Luang Pu Khem at level 20 or switch paths at level 60. It has 30 skills across three branches: อีกาป่าช้า, ผู้เฝ้าหลุม and พลั่วขุดดิน.

The 27 October update adds equipment-property rerolls and raises the enhancement cap to +15. Risky enhancement tiers can destroy equipment without a protection item. It also adds boss Soul Tokens for exchanges, inventory and storage sorting, and service-NPC map markers.

Getting started with Guest mode

The game offers “Try without signing up” alongside account login. Players must accept its terms and privacy policy first. Guest characters are tied to that browser, cannot use the market or trading, and are deleted after more than 14 days of inactivity.

It suits players interested in a Thai supernatural MMORPG and gradual character development. Our test covers the village and early desktop combat, not bosses, endgame systems or mobile performance.
