Samiz & Moiz: Word War

Samiz & Moiz: Word War is a web-based English spelling game that combines typing with bottle-throwing mechanics. Players view words on the screen and type out the letters in the correct order, with Thai translations provided to indicate the meaning. Meanwhile, Samiz and Moiz sit and interact with each other in the center of the scene.

During GameSlash's test, CITY appeared with its Thai translation meaning city and a countdown. Letter slots above showed typing progress, while a lower bar tracked completion and accuracy. Players must watch both the requested word and the letters being entered.

Another prompt was COIN, with its Thai translation meaning coin. After typing all four letters, each showed a check mark and progress reached 100%, while a bottle spun between the characters. Samiz's score then increased by one slot.

GameSlash tried the solo tutorial and completed the initial CAT prompt before capturing the typing screens. Characters and backgrounds use 2D art, with Moiz's teasing comments below. The tutorial is a starting point for practicing short English words.

The game page has an Online Room menu for creating a room or entering a join code, and a field for setting the player's name. During this test, the name "GameSlash" was entered, but the room page still indicated that additional online settings were required, so gameplay with another player has not yet been tested.

Itthikorn Kananon shared the game in AI Game Dev Thailand, saying it was made to study AI-assisted game development and that they were seeking tools to improve character selection and the entry screen.
