Sharing your work
Before sharing your game, what makes people want to click?
By gameslash
A memorable name, a clear image, and a working link are a good starting point for introducing a game.
Explain what players can do
A short description should explain what players do and what makes the game different. Try opening with a verb instead of a list of technologies.
Choose an image that represents the game
Use an in-game image or promotional artwork you have permission to use. If it is an illustration, clearly say that it is not a gameplay screenshot.
Test the link before sharing
Open the link in a window where you are not signed in, and try it on the target device. Clearly state whether players need to buy, download, or sign in.
Credit your collaborators
Name the developer, tools, and resource sources according to their owners' terms. Then send the link to the gameslash team to review the listing.
