The Haunted Myths
By Audtakorn Sutarmjam
A Thai-ghost ARPG advertising six classes, party dungeons and pets, with an auto mode that earns less EXP than manual play.
The Haunted Myths is a Thai-ghost action RPG that its creator describes as Diablo-style. A lunar eclipse unleashes spirits around a canalside village, setting up a journey through haunted dungeons. Its strongest identity is the way familiar ARPG roles are translated into Thai professions, martial arts and folklore.

Six roles with distinct skills
The live class menu offers the Muay Thai fighter, occult master, forest hunter, dual-sword soldier, herbalist and Piphat musician. The announcement assigns the fighter a tank role, the occult master, hunter and soldier damage roles, the herbalist healing and revival, and the musician party buffs and ghost-sleep effects.
The Muay Thai skill panel gives that theme concrete form: a straight punch, a sweeping knockback kick, a spinning elbow and a Wai Khru buff. At level 1, the punch and kick were learned; the elbow required level 4 and Wai Khru level 8. Six skill-bar slots let players arrange abilities, while passive options cover critical chance, damage reduction and attack speed. This is a character-building structure rather than a single-button ghost hunt.
The control guide supports clicking or tapping to move, attack and collect items, plus WASD or arrow-key movement. The village journal directs new characters to residents marked with an exclamation point. Equipment, skills, quests, a bestiary and party controls are available from the main interface.
Manual play and auto progression
The in-game guide specifies that auto mode reduces both EXP and drops to 10%. Players can configure skills, healing thresholds and potion use, but party dungeons, boss raids and the arena require manual play. That makes auto mode a convenience with a clear reward trade-off, while group challenges retain direct control.
According to the creator’s announcement, progression extends to second-tier classes at level 50, high classes at 150, a wing quest at 180 and a class aura at the level cap of 200. Himmapan Forest starts at floor 120. Advertised loot includes sets, gems, upgrades and class-specific equipment, with boss-egg pets that help fight and collect drops.
Guest access and the limited reward
The game website successfully opened a guest character in the village on 12 October 2026, Thailand time. The account service initially reported a connection problem and offered guest play with a save stored only in that browser. The creator advertises account-based cloud saves and play on computers and phones; guest saves should not be treated as cloud saves.
The early-player “Little Golden Khamot” pet was granted in that guest session, with the game confirming +30 to every stat. The 11 October announcement limits the offer to entering before 15 October 2026, without an exact cutoff time. It is a time-limited event, not a permanent starting reward.
The mix is suited to players who enjoy loot-based progression, Thai-folklore settings and switching between manual control and slower auto progression. Development and balance updates are ongoing.
