AnyGameRenderer

By Alaya Lab

Restyle prototype gameplay recordings as videos to explore visual directions; research setup with substantial GPU requirements.

Research tool that turns a short recording of a rough game prototype into a styled video. Useful for comparing visual directions while retaining the input layout and timing; it does not produce playable game code, editable models or a real-time renderer. Install the official inference environment, obtain the MiniMax-H3 base weights and AnyGameRenderer LoRA under their stated terms, prepare a 2–15-second clip and a scene description, then run inference and compare the result with the original. The documented setup calls for an 80 GB GPU and 128 GB system RAM, with roughly 125 GB of weights. The authors report about 17 minutes for a five-second clip on H100-class hardware. Check for missing objects and altered motion. Apache-2.0 applies to the project code; model weights use the MiniMax-H3 Community License.
