ZOMBIE PHEE DIP: Zombies Take Over the City
By Woraphob Chaiwongkot
An idle game where you send zombies to bite people in Bangkok, manage ghost energy, and use blood to buy upgrades, amidst a pixel city with convenience stores and temples.
ZOMBIE PHEE DIP: Zombies Take Over the City is a browser idle game where players act as a necromancer, sending zombies to seize Bangkok. The top-down pixel city has roads, convenience stores, temples, and pedestrians. Deployed zombies hunt automatically while players send reinforcements and choose upgrades.
Select the ghost summoning point, then keep replenishing strength.
Left-click on the ground to place zombies. Right-click and hold then drag to pan the map, and use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out. Each summoning consumes energy from the bar below the city, which gradually regenerates on its own, so you must monitor remaining energy alongside the positions of people on the map. The game offers options to summon multiple units at once, while the "Summon All" button or Q key uses available energy to scatter zombies across the city.
After entering the battlefield, zombies will automatically walk toward and fight targets, including chasing people on the streets and attacking doors when people flee into buildings. The undead themselves degrade over time, so leaving them unattended still requires monitoring. Remaining people in the city, zombie counts, and timing for sending in new units are all factors to watch. The counter and mini-map help track the situation even when zoomed in on just a part of the city.

Use blood to choose zombie squad upgrades.
Blood obtained during city occupation can be used to purchase upgrades. The blood menu presents options to increase health, boost speed, and slow zombie decay, displaying prices alongside pre- and post-purchase values for comparison. Purchasing decisions are thus tied to visible city problems, such as the undead reaching humans too slowly or not surviving long enough.
Upgrading the saliva virus increases the chance that people killed by zombie bites rise as zombies themselves, allowing victims to reinforce the horde. In addition to blood, the interface tracks brains and bones separately. Purchases can be made one at a time, ten at a time, or at the maximum quantity.

Capture cities stage by stage and review resource returns
The first stage is in Sukhumvit; clearing it unlocks the next stage. Statistics record in-game time, people eliminated, and blood, brains, and bones earned per minute. They also identify the stages with the highest blood and brain rates. These numbers show the results of taking over the city alongside the zombie horde on the map.

Suitable for those who enjoy watching systems evolve.
The hook is watching a city still populated by people gradually overrun by a horde of zombies, then using the recovered resources to upgrade your army. Those who enjoy Idle games with both position selection and upgrade purchases will have decisions to make, while those who want to manually control zombie movement and attacks should know that the main combat occurs automatically.
The game is free to play via browser without download. It includes an opening scene and tutorial to explain how to start. The mouse is used for placing characters, moving the map, and zooming, so it can be played on a computer as suggested on the screen.
