Deckhouse launches Godot card game framework with tools for AI coding agents
By GameSlash
The framework supplies deck, store and server systems alongside coding agent guidance, while developers write their own duel rules.
Developer look-itsaxiom has released Deckhouse, a Godot 4 framework for card games that supplies surrounding systems and includes guidance for coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor.

The developer says the framework includes a collection, deck builder, booster packs, store, quests, saves and an online server. Developers still write and connect their own core duel rules.

The package includes an AGENTS.md guide, ten agent skills, a game specification scaffolder and a verification script that runs the game headlessly and captures screenshots. The developer also lists 210 automated tests. These are developer claims; GameSlash has not tested the framework.
Deckhouse requires Godot 4.4 or later and uses GDScript. Its Skirmish browser demo has online play disabled. The listed price is $39, with a $24.96 launch price until November 13, 2026 according to the sale page.
