Vibedgames CLI 0.8.1 Packages AI Game Studio Skills and Browser Deployment
By GameSlash
Vibedgames published CLI 0.8.1 for agent-driven game creation, with scaffolds, generated assets, multiplayer tools and deployment. Its discover page hosts playable examples.
Vibedgames published version 0.8.1 of its game-building CLI on npm in October 2026, with the package page showing a fresh publication within the last two days. It is designed to be used by a coding agent: the person describes the game, and the agent can scaffold, generate assets and publish a browser build using the official CLI and game-studio skills.

One toolchain from starter project to hosted build
The package documentation lists starter commands for Phaser 4, Three.js, React Three Fiber and a canvas-based template. The agent-oriented `vg` CLI also provides JSON output, machine-readable errors, asset generation, deployment to hosted subdomains and optional integrations for gamepad and multiplayer workflows. Some features rely on hosted services and may require accounts or credits.

There are games to inspect, not only a pitch
The Discover page lists browser games including Starfall, Bomberman and others, each linking to a playable subdomain. The open-source repository separates the command-line client, a game factory, gamepad packages, multiplayer back end and deploy system. GameSlash has inspected documentation, not performed a full end-to-end deploy.
This is a developer tool release rather than an announcement that AI can autonomously make any type of game without human review. The notable change for creators is a documented workflow that connects coding prompts to hosting and practical playtests, with examples available to inspect.
