Kyro Vane: The Last Star
By Hihextor Rouge
An opening-movement check of Hihextor Rouge’s 3D browser prototype, with creator-sourced context on its Next.js and Babylon.js development.
Kyro Vane: The Last Star is a 3D browser-game prototype by Hihextor Rouge, using a third-person view over sandy ground and stone platforms. This check loaded directly into the game and verified movement past the foreground wall into an open area.

The opening scene and on-screen objective
The player controls a blue-caped character. The HUD showed 100 HP and an objective to find the Star Core and stop the Drakon Warden. Holding W moved the character and camera beyond the wall onto open sandy ground.
The check covered loading the scene and walking. Combat, the boss, collecting the Star Core and completing a stage were not tested, and a jump response was not independently verified. These opening frames do not establish how the full combat system plays.
A Next.js and Babylon.js prototype
In the original post, the creator says GPT helped with gameplay design and Claude Opus assisted with coding, producing a web game based on Next.js and Babylon.js. He shared the play link while asking for feedback on further development.
In the October 8, 2026 post, the creator reports frame-rate drops as object and visual-effect counts increase, particularly on phones. That is the creator’s observation; this check did not benchmark multiple devices or test a phone.
The project offers an early look at a browser-based 3D prototype for readers interested in following its development. The hands-on evidence establishes only the opening scene and movement.
