OverHit
By Nat Kayan
Aim, charge and read the wind in a turn-based artillery game with destructible hills and browser-based offline bot matches.
OverHit is a turn-based artillery game about angle, power, wind and the hills between two vehicles. Nat Kayan's game also uses the subtitle ARTILLERY ARENA and provides browser-based offline bot play. The creator cites Gunbound and Fortress as inspirations.

The right angle is only the start
The easy one-on-one bot match placed Cannon against Knight on the ภูเขากลาง map. Players move the vehicle, adjust aim with the arrow keys, then hold and release Space to charge and fire. The camera follows the projectile, making its landing relative to the hill visible.
The HUD shows wind direction and strength alongside the previous shot's angle and power, offering a reference for the next attempt. Normal and heavy shots display delay values of 100 and 150 respectively, so ammunition selection also involves turn timing.

Each impact can change the battlefield
Explosions carve curved craters into the hills rather than leaving only a visual effect. Vehicles tilt on the changed ground and aiming must account for their position. Even a missed shot can therefore alter the terrain for a later turn.
The bot fired back and alternated turns with the player. Clicking the minimap moved the camera to the opponent across the hill, while H returned it to the player's vehicle. Seeing both sides of the landscape matters alongside reading the angle indicator.

Start with a bot room
The online entry is marked Closed Beta and presents a login form. The separate offline-play button starts browser bot play without registration, providing a way to learn aiming and shot power.
OverHit's appeal is reading a battlefield that changes after each shot rather than pressing buttons as quickly as possible. It suits players who enjoy arcing projectiles and incremental adjustments, particularly when deciding whether to move, alter power or change ammunition to deal with the hill ahead.
