Blender AI Plugin

By GameSlash

Agent skills and scripts for modeling, inspecting and exporting Blender assets for game engines.

Blender AI Plugin packages skills and Python scripts for coding agents working on 3D assets in Blender. Proyecto 26 maintains this fork of arjun988’s blender-skills. Version 2.0.0, dated October 27, 2026, documents 95 skills and 29 scripts for modeling, materials, lighting, asset checks and Unreal, Unity or Godot export workflows. These are the developer’s counts and test claims, not an independent benchmark.

Install Blender 5.2 or newer, the separate official Blender Lab MCP add-on and server, and a compatible agent client. The MCP server process requires Python 3.10+; uv is recommended. Follow the project’s Claude Code, Codex or Agent Plugins setup, then ask the agent to summarize the open scene before building an asset.

Give a concrete brief, such as a sci-fi crate with a triangle budget and material requirements. The documented workflow builds, inspects screenshots, validates, optimizes and exports the asset. Import settings inside game engines are documented rather than automated by this plugin.

The MCP server can execute Python with your user permissions and has no guards against deleting or transmitting data. Use a virtual machine or an environment without sensitive files, save your work and review the code. Model access may cost money. Visual judgment, geometry, performance and asset rights still need human checks; GameSlash has not installed or tested the plugin.

The repository uses MIT and credits Proyecto 26 and the original blender-skills contributors. This does not guarantee rights to third-party inputs, generated assets or every depicted design. The plugin is a community project, distinct from Blender Lab’s official MCP server.
