Sprites and 2D art

Sprite Sage

By Keystone Intelligence

Organize 2D animation frames, bake supported animated GLB models into sprites and export timed animations to Godot 4. AI image generation is optional.

Sprite Sage is a Windows desktop workspace for importing artwork, editing animation frames and exporting game assets. It supports frame timing, loops and directional sprite baking from compatible animated GLB models. Godot 4 exports include sprite sheets and scene/resource files.

How to use Download the app from the official page, import existing artwork or a compatible animated model, review the frames and timing, then export to Godot. Configure a supported AI provider only if you want image generation.

Limitations Check GLB compatibility and animation consistency yourself. Motion-template generation is experimental. Local Qwen setup requires compatible hardware and substantial downloads; cloud generation uses your own credentials and may incur charges. GPLv3 covers the application, not every model or artwork license. Check commercial-use rights separately. Documentation reviewed; no independent install/export test.
